There is a difference between proof, and evidence.
Evidence is information pointing in a direction. Proof is when no evidence can be found to refute valid information. Not all evidence leads to proof.
You’ve all been looking for proof rather than gathering evidence. Now she has gazed into some of your eyes, clawed at you and screamed, much as she did before. You all walked past the obvious dangers and onwards, towards her, much as you saw others do before.
Was it a warning, or a road map? You could drive yourself mad thinking about things like that, or signs you may have missed, or turn offs you could have taken..
This is a journey, not a destination.

I can reason to this.
Part of me wanted to explore. To go up that extra flight of stairs. To maybe lurk where the light wasn't. I've learned my lesson to go deeper in my other opportunities, lift up rocks and look under them, taking time to explore and remember details.
We are in this to learn from our mistakes so we can minimize them in the future.

Martin tried to go up there but was turned away by milkman. So not everyone was meant to explore the unknown.

It is likely that. It is also a lesson in life itself. Bucket 1 is to be selfish. Bucket 2 is to be guarded. Bucket 3 is to be free.
I suspect much of what they want to teach has more than one level.

Taking this simply, instead of as an incredibly deep metaphor-
We were brought inside to this empty dark warehouse that was in a demo stage. I looked around and saw a cameraman and a guy in a ski mask. I got chills seeing the ski mask, who I later found out was opulens himself. clara got distracted by a lit up table with animal skulls and went right for that.
It seems that in everyone's experience, they got immediately drawn in by "her" illuminated table, and walked straight past you and whoever you were with. Maybe they should've gone to you? Who were you with?
Perhaps that's why you became a little aggressive in pulling them away?

You are absolutely correct in the admonishment, opulens. I apologize to you and to Dymuntz. Not the least of which is that Miss King seems determined to obey whatever is asked of her. Far be it from me to interrupt the lessons that would come from that.
We're there any need to threaten, making one is also a foolish decision because it gives warning. But I am suitably chastened. I admit to the slight curiosity as to how your group in KC could impact me here in Los Angeles. But I am confidant your claim could be accomplished. It will not need to be.

I think this morning has probably cemented some opinions on that amongst the community.
Myself, I am willing to believe that they have reasons to make you look guilty. I am equally willing to believe that you are fully committed to their cause. In which case, I only suggest you contemplate that they keep outing you lack of actions. Perhaps that it their current lesson. Or perhaps they are trying to separate you from the rest of us.
taking this opportunity now. it seems as though opulens has been barred from contacting me, but that he is trying. trying and somewhat succeeding/failing.
How certain are we that we know ANYTHING about ANYTHING going on? We. Know. Nothing. That's what they've been alluding to, right? What if there is no family in the woods? What if there are no Redcurves? What if it's all a conspiracy or a "show" by the people in charge? We. Know. Nothing.
