EXILED: Crooked Rose Woods

Studying in the library, phone rings from a no caller ID and luckily I’m wearing headphones so I answer.

Me: Hello?

(?): Campbell, I’m leaving tonight….I need to show/tell (sorry it’s muddy.) you something…but you need to see it for yourself.

(I realize it’s madelyn.)

Me: Okay, yeah.

Madelyn: be around Shawnee at 8:30 tonight…and Campbell, thank you for not giving up on me…

Me: yeah, absolutely-

*she hangs up.*

Sorry for not a whole lot of dialogue on my end…was trying to be quiet for others but also trying to talk to her. She seemed really distressed. Super shaken and her voice was trembling. Didn’t get a whole lot of time to speak on my end before she hung up.

I'm not religious at all, but I pray for your safety friend.

Interesting… she seems to be ignoring our pretty vocal frustrations towards her.

Hopefully she can actually show you something of substance this time.

Couple notes: okay, where in Shawnee? I mean I’ll still be at least in that area around 8 but no other info was given. I assume I’ll get it later but I should be in that area for the info.

Also: madelyn. Where is she going? Is she getting somewhere safe or is someone taking her against her will?

I mean, I’m a little inclined to believe her when she says she’s distressed only because Ive been in that situation where something bad has happened to me but I couldn’t say what to certain people. I empathize with her for the time being but also I’m on edge because this could also be a boy who cried wolf thing. On edge but understanding and sympathetic if that makes sense.

Man Shawnee is pretty big. Maybe Western Shawnee near k7 and Johnson drive cause that is closer to Exiled. Granted it still could be anywhere but ya. Good luck Cammie

I mean...putting it here definitely puts eyes on it. So hopefully she's made other plans knowing you'd share them here, she's REALLY bad at escaping a bad situation or this is a setup... Either way, don't agree to go anywhere alone today.

this is a good point. they didn't tell me to come alone. Not sure if that's just obvious that I should come alone...but in the words of opulens, NOBODY IS GOING TO TELL ME TO DO ANYTHING. thinking about that.

Ok, I’m throwing this out there…

Campbell has a connection with Lamia AND Dymuntz. If Maddy doesn’t know who she has invited into the woods, if she didn’t anticipate it being shared on this forum (aka The Elites domain), then she hasn’t done her homework very well at all… and she is the only one to blame for whatever happens tonight.

If she has taken all of this into account, and has planned accordingly then kudos.

But considering she has consistently complained that no one will help her when multiple people have repeatedly reached out to her… I don’t have much faith in this going in her favour…

Of all the people that have surfaced, I trust Maddy to be who/what she says she is least. As in, either she is really not paying any attention to where she posts, who responds, anything of the kind...or her agenda isn't what it appears to be.

Because I might get the opportunity to ask questions, what’s some info we need to know? I have questions of my own but want to add some to my roster.

If your experience is anything like mine, I wouldn't expect time for a Q&A buuuut I just want Maddy to give some proof to all of these claims she's made. I would demand an explanation on why you shouldn't open the box or trust DDMS. Also some general info on being marked would be cool haha
