The Trail of Terrors requires a paid, timed ticket. Book ahead to choose your date and time. Carnival entry is free on show nights, with or without a Trail ticket.

Some Carnival games are free; paid games start at $2. Food, drinks and other paid experiences are separate.

Come enjoy the Carnival any time during opening hours, before or after your Trail experience. For the Trail, check in at the Trail line from your ticket time through 30 minutes afterward. A 7:00 PM ticket means you can check in from 7:00 to 7:30 PM.

At check-in, pick up your red or green experience necklace and get in line. Your ticket time is your check-in time; you’ll enter the woods as the line moves.

The Carnival opens 30 minutes before the first Trail time each night and closes approximately two hours after the last Trail entry. Check the booking calendar for available show dates.

Closed-toe shoes are required. Wear clothes you can get dirty and bring layers for a cool night outdoors. Secure your phone, keys and loose items; the haunt cannot stop to search for lost belongings.

Costumes, monster makeup and masks or face coverings that conceal your identity are prohibited in the haunt. Outside lights are also prohibited.

Red Level: a traditional haunt with no intentional physical contact.

Green Level: ages 16+; light physical contact and simulated blood or paint on skin or clothing may be part of the experience.

Choose your red or green experience necklace at Trail check-in. You can change your level before entering the Trail, but not once you’re on it. Consent is required for scenes; you may opt out of a scene or use a safe word to exit. Guests must follow staff instructions and may not touch actors or props.

The Trail is an outdoor haunt with hills, stairs, bending and crawling. Mobility aids cannot be accommodated on the Trail. Expect fog and strobe effects, time on your feet and walking through dark woods.

We recommend the Trail for ages 12 and up. Parents may choose to bring younger children, but anyone under 12 must stay with a responsible adult at all times. Green Level is for ages 16+.

Exiled’s health guidance advises against participation during pregnancy, with a pacemaker, with heart issues or after recent injury or surgery. If you have a health concern or sensitivity to fog, strobes or vertigo, consult your physician and contact us before booking. Ask us about your group’s access needs for the Carnival as well.

Groups larger than eight are split at entry. Groups of four or fewer may be paired with other guests to keep the Trail moving.

Yes. The Carnival has two bars serving beer, seltzers and select themed cocktails, plus carnival food, loaded funnel cakes, popcorn, candy and cotton candy.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited on the property. Keep Carnival food and drinks off the Trail. Guests who appear impaired may be denied participation without a refund.

Dress for the weather and watch for messages from Exiled if conditions affect your time slot. If staff cancel, the published weather policy provides a reschedule voucher for guests within 75 miles; guests farther away may receive a rain check or refund, with proof of address.

Under the standard policy, ticket sales are final. Rescheduling more than 72 hours before your slot carries a $10 fee; within 72 hours, refunds and rescheduling are unavailable. Tickets may be transferred to someone else before the allotted time. Late arrivals and leaving the haunt early do not qualify for refunds.

Firearms and open flames are prohibited on the property. Guests pass through a metal detector before entering the haunt. Smoking is prohibited once in the Trail line.

Follow staff instructions and arrive able to participate safely. Guests who violate the rules may be removed without a refund.
