General Information for Guests
-
All ticket sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS unless Exiled Staff must cancel a time slot. We have a 72 hour reschedule policy. If you cancel outside of 72 hours from your time slot, you will be able to reschedule for a $10 fee. If you cancel within 72 hours of your time slot there are no refunds or reschedules. Tickets are transferable and you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else at any point before your allotted time. Late arrivals will not be refunded or issued vouchers and will not be able to join the group. Space is limited and guests are being turned away for your time slot so there are no refunds for cancellations made by the ticket holder. From time to time cancellations must be made due to weather or other factors outside of our control. Every attempt will be made to notify guests in advance in these situations. In the event of a cancellation made due to these factors the following policy is in effect. If you live outside of 75 miles from 12829 Loring Rd, Bonner Springs, KS 66012 you will receive a rain check voucher good for the amount you paid or a refund. If you reside within 75 miles from the address listed above you will receive a reschedule voucher. You will need to contact [email protected] to provide proof of your home address. This policy only applies if Staff at Exiled cancels the time-slot, not if the ticket holder cancels.

Before you begin the Trail of Terrors, you will be able to choose between 2 levels of engagement.
Red Level
A traditional haunt experience with enhanced atmosphere, creepy characters, and no intentional physical contact.
Ages 12+ (Parental Supervision Required)Green Level
An opportunity for a heightened experience that may include:
– Light physical contact*
– Simulated blood or paint on skin/clothing
– Ages 16+ only*This may include brief touches to the hands, arms, shoulders, legs, ankles, or hair, as well as receiving or holding props during interactive scenes. Physical contact is always intended to enhance the experience and is never intended to cause pain, injury, or intimidation through force.
Important Info:
- Choose your level when you arrive – you can change your light color at any time before you enter the trail. There is no option to change light colors once on the trail.
- Consent is required for all scenes. You may opt out of any scene and use a safe word to exit the experience at any time.
- We are not an extreme haunt. All interactions are designed around scary and fun, not intense and physical.
Participants are not allowed to touch any actors or props while in the haunt. If you are caught offending this rule, you will be removed from the haunt without a refund.

Dress for the weather! October can get chilly at night, so bring layers. It will also be on a wooded trail in the dark, so don’t wear your best shoes. Closed toed shoes are a must.We also recommend having pockets with zippers as anything can fall out of pockets on the trail, and we will not stop the haunt to look for lost items. Don’t bring anything with you into the haunt that you are afraid of losing! We do not allow any costumes or masks in the haunt. This includes monster masks, make-up, or any type of face covering that conceals your identity

Exiled- Trail of Terrors is not for children. We strongly suggest everyone be ages 12 and up. This is a professional haunted house, as well as a dark trail at night. Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. If you elect to bring a child and must leave the Haunt early, no refunds are offered.Any children left unattended will be fed to the monsters.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate mobility aids on the Trail. This haunt is not recommended for anyone sensitive to vertigo, fog or strobe lights.
-
We recommend groups no larger than eight people. Any bigger and your haunt experience will decrease, so if you have a group larger than eight, you will be split up at entry.
In order to keep haunt traffic flowing smoothly. Groups of 4 or less will be paired up with other groups.

Your ticket reserves your place in line, not your trail start time.
Example: If your ticket time is 9:30 PM, you may only enter the trail line between 9:15 PM and 9:45 PM. You must be in line by 9:45 PM or your reserved entry time is forfeited.
Because guests are released onto the trail in groups, your actual trail start may occur after your ticket time depending on the pace of the groups ahead of you.
Our Twisted Carnival opens at 6:30pm throughout the season, come join in the fun before and after your trail experience! The timed ticketing is only for your place in the trail line.
